Internal recruiter was friendly as were the interviewers. Office is nice. Process was efficient. Two areas of improvement - I was invited to several interviews, and they would just send me a confirmed interview time slot upon notification of advancement to the next stage. Please ask candidates for their availability and not expect them to drop everything to make it work. I was also asked to complete a test involving a real scenario. In this case, please consider compensating candidates for their ideas, or providing feedback upon request. Completing these projects takes time and energy as well as experience, and rejection without feedback can be a vicious cycle for those looking for work.
