There's a total of 3 stages (interviews) - Pretty straight forward, the classic questions asking about you, your passions, how you would react in certain scenarios. Two of the interviews are with HR, the third is with someone in management. It seems intimidating but to be honest, they're very friendly and ask things to get to know how you work and as an individual. They don't ask for prior knowledge (for the SEO specialist position) but if you have they may ask you about it too.
