The first stage of the interview process was a phone interview with a few members of the team. Nothing intense. They told me about the work LAM Development does and then asked me about my CV, previous experiences, why I wanted the position, etc. They were very clear as to the nature of the position and how they envisioned my duties would fit in with the rest of the team's. The second stage was a 1-on-1 interview with three people at the company. Again, this was not intense, but they did ask some pretty comprehensive questions about my skills and interests. Overall a good experience which made me want to ultimately join LAM Development.
