It was pretty simple and straightforward. There were 2 guys from who both take notes and one asks you the questions. They ask you questions like 'Explain how power systems work', 'Describe a time you had a difficult time with a team member on a project and what steps you took to resolve it', 'Explain ohm's law', etc.

Very Straightforward. Just know your basic power stuff such as motors, generators, transmission lines and components you might find on these lines. The panel was very friendly and communicative and I heard back afte a couple weeks.
