Interview Process worst. They are pushing candidate to apply for new JD once after applying to initial JD/Position. They simply quote there is slight update in JD and add DEV requirements into Admin. They say there interested and push you to apply for new job/JB. Finally they will corner you on new roles/JB and reject your profile. I assume that they are interviewing Citizens and rejecting them for sake of Green Card to other guys.
