Interviewed on a Tuesday. It was a 30 minute phone interview. I thought the interview went well and hiring manager said they wanted to move quickly. Checked in with recruiter the next Monday and she seemed unresponsive as I had another offer and wanted an idea of their timeline. Recruiter informed me that hiring manager was out all week on vacation. It is now week 3 I checked in with recruiter and hiring manager and crickets from both. It takes a second to let me know I am no longer in the running. If they can’t communicate before you are employed, imagine afterwards?
