Preliminary, half hour call with recruiter, followed by an hour long call with hiring manager about a week later. The recruiter did not have much position-specific knowledge and did not provide much information about benefits.
Just 2 interviews. I appreciated the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted and got a feel for the job and what they needed based off their questions.

101 interview with manager who was also the director of the division. The interview was held online through a teams link. There was only one long interview for an hour.
Informal, A fitting conversation for the position. An informal chat allowed us to get to know each other without the formality of canned interview questions. The interview revealed much about the personality of the organization.
