I was greeted by the friendly receptionist at the front and did not have to wait long to meet the HR person, Zach. They were all very friendly, and asked the normal questions you would expect at an interview. The difference that set them apart was that Zach actually gave me a lot of information about the company. He was very helpful in explaining what L&R does. You could tell he cared about the company. Felt more like a conversation than interview. Loved the team oriented atmosphere.
