Easy and enjoyable interview. Walked in and spoke to the assistant and set up an interview with the manager. Both were very sweet and kind. love this company !

Asked about my current goals and future goals. The manager really got to know me and made sure I understood the company values and the ins and out of the job.
As part of the screening process, they have you take n “assessment” - working with numbers, spelling, grammar complex reasoning. They also have you take a temperament test. I thought the questions were a little odd for the role.

Personality assessment asked questions about confidence, orientation, persistence, but also questions about if you are someone who gets angry easily, change your mood, or if you think people talk behind your back…
Very friendly and relaxed. It was more to see if I fit into the company culture and team. It was like an everyday conversation with no pressure to be someone you are not

I had a phone interview and two in person interviews to determine fit with the team/company. Pretty straightforward interview - they were just looking to confirm customer service skills and interest/knowledge in the product.
