I went for the first interview with an agent witch is the recruiter for company, the interview went well. then i meet up with the regional and store manager for the final interview. lastly the was a role play i did with the regional manager to check how good i was in terms of selling skills.

Really relaxed - asked me about my favourite products and why?
how would I sell products. You need to know the products they sell and be able to think on the spot about interactions with consumers that you have had in the past.
Very smooth for the whole interview and got hired, it was very pleasant talk with the manager and understanding the whole company structure. Besides got to explore more of their products
The interviewer seems professional and nice, no harsh questions and start on time. I think all retail interview very similar and nothing special in it. Just normal process and questions.
