If hired, you go see a nurse - very basic - blood pressure, hand strength, reveal your health history.
Get photo ID.
If you re-apply ever year it can be done online. They try to make it easier each year.

long process, about a month at least, divided into 3 steps that measure you as a whole. people are nice and happy to answer your questions, now glassdoor pls let me see the reviews jesus

Phone interview HR called to screen my resume and ask questions about my experience. After the phone interview received a call back to schedule an onsite interview where I meet the hiring manager. The interview was very successful and the process was simple.
