You apply through a website, HR will contact you and set the meetings. You have to go through 4 interviews to get through:
1. HR Interview: Evaluate your english level and your background
2. Analysis and Logic test: Complete certain test in a specific amount of time
3. Excel Test and Manager Interview: Excel test with pivot tables, vlook ups and other commands. Meeting with team leaders and managers
4. Team Interview: All team members ask you questions about yourself and your resume
