Then contacted with offer letter. Which doesn't mean you have the job yet the will call your references after offer letter is accepted

I had been with the company for about a year and was approached by the store manager who chatted with me about the open position. She had spoken with the district manager already who had approved me for the role. I was hired without an interview process.

Met with 4 people on day 1 after several phone screens. The actual interview was lengthy however I still felt rushed as I met with 4 people and tried to have complete conversations with each of them.

The process is designed to find the best candidate with the highest potential to be successful and promotable up to two levels from their hired position. The panel interview typically is a couple of senior leaders and at least one representative from HR. Depending on the different roles, you may have to participate in multiple sessions to ensure they have the right candidate.
