Entretien
The process took a few weeks from the initial phone interview to the in-person interview. People were friendly but I had to follow-up to get next steps. Once I emailed someone I then got a response. Also, during the in-person interview I was left in a conference room for 20 minutes waiting for the next manager to come in. Overall, it seemed disorganized.

The questions were basic but some were too personal and had nothing to do with the requirements of the position, such as what part of Columbus do I live in. I answered but it’s not relevant to the job.

Long interview process, meeting with a lot of different people. Phone interview with recruiter, then phone interview with hiring manager, then face to face with three manager. Then come back in a second time to meet with three more people including two VP's,
