I had two phone interviews, one with the Recruiter and one with the Hiring Manager. In both interviews they wanted to know about my background, specifically with Excel and data analysis. I felt as if both interviews went great and I was looking forward to the next step in the process. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. Personally I found that very unprofessional especially because the interview ended on such a positive note. Even if I was not in the running for the position anymore it would have been nice to be told so.
