Video call was arranged by the Human Resources team after application was submitted on website. This was a preliminary screening call by Human Resources prior to interviewing with any members of the hiring department.

Conformed to every requirement. Applied. Received automatic refusal with no feedback. Clearly they use an automated process to filter out individuals. Perhaps it was because of my age as a more experienced lawyer. GDPR compliant?
