Three stages of interview. First round consists of a 90 minutes of technical and system design interview. Second round is a 30 minutes of behavioural interview and third is a 30 minutes interview with executives.
It starts with an interview with HR
followed by coding assessment
and interview with clients (hiring managers).
Although you are hired by Kyndryl, the role is to service the client so they are the hiring managers and the ones conducting the interview

Entretien
It took 3 weeks until the recruiter screen, and another 3 weeks until the first round interview. The interviewer was dismissive and curt, and the interview lasted just 20 minutes.
