Very simple, hired on spot. Job is for beginners to get their foot in the door working on cars and trucks. Doesn't pay very well unless you are a good salesperson.

The interview process was very relax setting with you the manager and the owner. Both just really seemed to only care about the character of the person they are hiring more than the knowledge they carried.
