I applied online on "Indeed". I got a positive response from the company and the first interview round was scheduled. Round 1 : The first round was a telephonic round and was oriented around my resume. It was a detailed interview based on the resume and the level of understanding I had about the ML/NLP tasks I had worked on. It was followed by a chat on my educational background. Round 2 : It was also a technical round(telephonic) around Data Science. Round 3 : The third round was held on Zoom and it was also a technical round. This round was focused around BERT and Python. We had a deep discussion around the topic. Soon after the last round of the interview, I received the offer. After the selection, I had a chat with the CTO about the company, the clients, and any other queries I had related to the profile or the company. The interviews were taken by the CTO. And it was a very good experience overall, as it was not a normal question-answer kind of interview but a discussion-based interview.
