A very personal and friendly experience, they just want to get to know who they are looking at and their interests. Not intimidating at all, and I was able to meet many of the people I was going to work with.

Six twenty minute interviews back to back with two attorneys in each interview. Some small talk, questions about things on resume, law school stuff, but be prepared with questions about the firm, the attorneys themselves, etc

They told me it was going to be a different interview than most. Questions did not always relate to the job position or my resume. There were 2 interviewers and it was conducted through zoom. Both of them were very. nice and easy to talk to.
