It was barely an interview. They just asked me what I knew about Kumon and if my schedule fit into their work hours. I basically got hired on the spot. They told me to come in the next week to try out the job.
one to one, easy process, normal questions, no need for any qualification, spm is minimum, friendly teacher and good experience. better if you're fluent in English, overall it is an easy interview .
Went in and they asked me why I want to work at Kumon. Asked me what background I have working with students and teaching. Smooth and quick overall process. Everyone is very nice and understanding.

There was basically no interview. They told me to come for a chat but by they only asked one question and while that question was being asked, the person was busy doing something else .
