Interviewer was over 1 hour late. he did not asked about any experience or asked any question. Instead he keep talking about the job position. He promised a psicometric test . never arrived

The interviewer was a department lead. From the beginning it was obvious the interview was a formality. The questions were typical: tell me about your work experience, etc. By following questions it was clear she was not even listening attentively (she wasn't even liking at me via zoom). So, I guess maybe she already knew she wasn't to hire me or the was another person selected for the job.

Really good process. 1st round of interview with recruiting/HR executive, then with the hiring manager.
Very informative and friendly interview.
Relaxed atmosphere and accommodating with time.
They were very friendly in the interview.
