The application process was straight forward, quickly moved into the interviewing process after the assessments. The interviews were very pleasant and enjoyable, not too serious or too technical. The communication with the recruiter was also really good, it is often something you do not get with a lot of graduate schemes, so this was appreciated. However, I was told I should be waiting for an offer within 3-5 days, this ultimately turned into 6 months. It is clear that Kubrick are having real difficulty in getting their consultants through the doors of clients, and therefore they are halting their recruitment. As a company that focuses on hiring graduates, recruitment should be their strong point, and it seems that they are failing. No graduate should be treated like this, any response must be given especially if you were told you should be waiting 3-5 days, no company should leave a candidate on tenterhooks for 6 months.
