very easy, over phone, the questions were like a typical interview and they were really nice and friendly i found it easy to answer the questions we basically went through my resume and i learned a lot about the company

The process began with a phone screener interview with HR, which was very straightforward. This initial interview was then followed by a longer virtual video meeting with the person that will be the actual on-site manager for day to day operations
