However, after all the rounds and being told that you have cleared the interview and they are looking for client, the communication completely stopped from their end. Complete silence even after several follow ups. In my personal opinion it's unprofessional, even in case of rejection for any reason, it must be communicated. Worse part is, they tried to reach out to the reference for the same position after interviewing myself and mentioning that you have cleared all rounds.
