First process is the Telephonic Interview which covers background questions. Second process is interview with VP which includes technical and behavioral questions. Last process is interview with MD which also includes technical questions.
Firstly, they shortlist you based on your CV, then conduct GD and email writing test, after shortlist in that, you have to give 2 rounds of interview. This is the overall process
