I never met with a single member of the company in person - the entire interview process (consisting of 3 telephone calls - 1 with a practice group leader, one with a managing director and the other with two other directors simultaneously) was done over the telephone.
The most difficult part of the entire process was the salary negotiation

Very nice and knowledgeable recruiter, timely call and spent plenty of time reviewing the position as well as the organization structure. Company is in growth mode so that was reviewed as well in detail.

Had a conversation with a couple of Managing Directors and spoke about my experience. They were also kind enough to give me a thorough description of the company. At the end, I had the opportunity to ask them any additional questions I had

Two phone calls with the team. Two interviews in person. Easy questions and more introducing the job to me. I interviewed with the all team members. There main concern I think was what to expect from their employee.
