In short great experience, very understandable and helping. I had applied through a recruiter from hirist. I attended the interview on 22nd Jan 2018. They were like mentioned in the reviews. There were no reception but you can get in and ask anyone for the concerned person and they make sure we meet the concerned person. I was on time still the hr who had arranged the interview wasn't present there, but she informed other person to take care of my interview process. After few minutes I met that person named KK, he was so welcoming and friendly. Later one senior developer guided me to a system and as expected they gave me to parse and store flipkart api response. I was free to use any languages, I was given a time of 3 hours. Both KK and senior developer checked on me every 45 min on my status and was helping out if I found any issues. At beginning KK handed a bottle of water even before asking. I was finding some error in my code but they had helped me out in debugging it, late I found some dependency error in a third party library. Still they were so supportive and asked me to try out again, when I wasn't able to do it, they gave me another api response to parse. Still I was finding issues in the library. They were so understanding and KK had a chat with me about the issue and he said I could come and try the next day, I asked me a week's time to prepare myself. After a week I visited back was able to complete the task. KK took the next round, he asked me about my previous work experience, they offered me a full stack developer job. I had asked for a days time he agreed. I had to sadly reject the offer because they were wanting a more front end based developer, and when I said them about me wanting work on backend they agreed for it. But I couldn't see myself working in that company at present.will surely come back to join again. Both the time on my visit I could see managers sitting and working along with employees and having a great interactions with them.
