I have applied through recruitment agency. Worse behaviour the technical guy doesn't even know how to take the interview . They are neglecting the candidate.If they are interested to hire then only they should call for the interview. Worst worst worst interview process I have ever seen.

1.Written Test (Linked List program, occurence of substring in a set without inbuilt functions)
2.Face2Face(Technial, Basics of Php like abstract classes, difference between mysql insert and replace etc )
3. System Test (parse Flipkart API)
4.Face2Face(Technical)
5.Salary discussion with CTO
