I applied through LinkedIn and had the manager reach out to me to set up an interview. Had a pretty average phone screening where we discussed my previous experience, more about the job, etc. Was told they would have an answer by Friday (the interview was early in the week) and I never heard back. Sent 2 follow up emails and still nothing. Please don't ghost candidates when they're in the interview process. A simple "we moved forward with other candidates" would've sufficed. It's very unprofessional.
