Simple and straightforward. Interviewed with a few of the sales managers and ultimately the VP of sales. Everyone was friendly and easy to schedule with and they all made the interview feel worth the time spent.

Really fantastic interview process. They were extremely kind, asked engaging questions, and kept me informed about where I was during the entire process. They were careful to respect my time and make sure I had open channels of communication if ever needed. Definitely enjoyed the entire process, and it was great getting to know their team.

Question 1
What makes you want to work at Kotis compared to other companies?
Interviewed with HR, manager of SDRs, and Director of Sales. Experience itself was fine until told at third round of interviews that company was pausing hiring. Absolutely poor form to yank candidates around for 3 interviews over a month only to “freeze” hiring for the role at the end. Judging by reviews, looks like I may have dodged a bullet though.
