It was very casual. The staff was overall nice, but after reading reviews on Yelp, it seems it has a bad reputation. Also, on Linkedin there is a very high turnover rate which seems like a bad sign. The offer seemed a bit ambiguous, specifics were not listed, and it had an office dynamic. Meaning that there was only one recruiter for the search firm.

You interview with a few employees and they show you the job and your everyday work. It was interesting to say the least. The teams we're cool and showed me alot.
