Pretty sloppy with a lot of hype and promise. The flow was 1980s and anything with excitement, story, or visionary fell on deaf ears. The product is pretty old and they did not understand that leadership and the business were part of the solution.

I was scheduled for a first interview and spent three hours researching Korn Ferry, including reading the annual report. When I tried to connect to the Zoom call it said the meeting was canceled. I called the recruiter and she said she canceled the meeting and acted surprised I called her -- but I never was notified of a cancellation. When I asked why, she said upon further review of my resume I lacked the background necessary. I asked what, specifically, and she said what, in fact, I had a background in. Very unprofessional and, frankly, impolite.
