Entretien
Had about three rounds of interviews and met with HR, senior management and a colleague. They are very nice people and implied they would send the official contract in less than a month. However I didn’t hear anything back from them for a month and I sent a follow up email to ask about the next step. The HR told me actually they didn’t have enough budget to cover this position therefore I won’t be hired. It was quite unprofessional and disappointing for letting me know at the very last minute considering they didn’t reach out first either.
It was a good process, went pretty smoothly. I met the TA, then the department heads and had to go through the assessment. It was over 3 weeks to offer stage.

The interview process was lengthy with several assessment tools. The interviewer was not very open and had set answers in mind and was not willing to take a different opinion.

Three step process, interviewed with three senior client partner. KF4D assessment to review traits and drivers. After review of assessment an offer quick to follow. Overall the process was thorough and smooth.
