I interviewed with the screener, manager and then the MD. They all went great and they told me I was the second choice. They then said that I would be a great fit for another MD but then just left me hanging which is the opposite of what Korn Ferry prides themselves in... it was such a bummer.

I went through four interviews over the course of three weeks, each lasting about 45 minutes. During the process, the recruiter, Jennifer Wells, stopped communicating in week two, but I continued with the interviews. After completing all of them, I was not contacted with any update. While I don’t necessarily expect detailed feedback or a reason, if you’re going to take three weeks of someone’s time and require them to take time off work for these interviews, at least communicate if you are not moving forward. For a firm that prides itself on “white glove service,” your internal recruitment process was a very disappointing experience.

Manager of the project coordinators is rude. Everyone else is very kind. The location is prime. The rest of the Project Coordinators are very kind and welcoming. The Executive teams are kind and professional.
