The interview process takes too long. I along with 2 of my co-applicants were kept in a briefing/waiting room for almost 3 hours. We were also tasked to code and create a program on a blank sheet of paper. This was not much trouble as this happened in an online setting, but still...

Not a question but they said that they prefer if I were to relocate near their office as their work calendar is 6x a week with 9 hours of office rendering time.
