It was a 2 step interview. Portfolio interview, and a full day design test. Overall wasn't a bad experience. People were welcoming, and design corner of the company was pretty lively when I was there for the test. Certainly felt a little unusual to have a "test day" to evaluate me, and I can see it being a hassle if I didn't have a day off that week.
