J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Konrad Group
Entretien
It was a quick 20 min phone call with the recruiter it was very laid back. Asked about each part of the company and ended with hobbies, fine experience overall.

Entretien
1. HR screening interview, discuss salary range 2. Interview with manager, VP, or senior consultant: mix of behavioural, technical, and experience questions. In my opinion this interview is to level the candidate appropriately 3. Case interview: you are given a problem space along with a set of slide templates and given 4 hours to create a presentation solution. The problem space is extremely vague (ex: design a digital solution for health care)

three rounds (I attended 2 and dropped out as the whole experience became incredibly disconcerting)
first, the screening call - a very lovely conversation, asked about my background and experience and why I was applying for the position. At the end of the call, he seemed enthusiastic and moved me through right away.
Second round - two managers interviewed me - some behavioural questions then technical questions.
I was invited to the third interview, but a few days before, I get a message from the recruiter informing me that the VP would like a few minutes to chat. The VP called me and asked me if I was applying for the "right" job. Asked if I felt the salary band I gave was what I felt I deserved at this time in my career. Then proceeded to inform me I had a gap in my experiences - to which I factually refuted - and that an option would be to drop the title and go for a lower salary range and work my way back up to the senior title. I currently hold a senior title role in my organization and have had years of experience. The whole conversation felt incredibly condescending, sexist and somewhat discriminatory. I also find it incredibly suspicious how he interfered with the interview process mid-way through. It felt like he was trying to evade the formal interview process and push me out.
I have a sense that despite the lovely employees/recruiter, this place is likely toxic.
