Interview process is 3 rounds. I made it through the first 2 rounds and didn't get to the last interview which is a meet and greet with the CEO when you've basically got the job. First round is a portfolio presentation and some basic questions to learn more about you, your design background, and some emotional intelligence questions. Second round is a full-day design challenge. You're provided with a brief summary of the challenge on the day you arrive. The day starts with a white-boarding session with a Konrad employee to get your initial thoughts and sketches down and leaves the rest of the day for you to complete designs and present your ideas. If you can, do some basic research during the time that you have before your white-boarding session (about 20 mins) to help you frame the problem you're trying to solve. Try to define the problem and have sketches finished during the white-boarding session.

It was smooth with a recruiter and it consists of 4 rounds with a take home design task and present it at the headquarter office, typical design interview process. Very visual driven

3-4 Rounds of interview. HR, Senior Designer and then VP rounds. HR is not that tough but then comes the design task with senior designers, could be on the spot or take home challenge and then personal chat with VP

The Konrad Group interview process usually starts with a recruiter screen to go over your background, interest in the role, and general fit. Next, you’ll receive a take-home design challenge — typically a 3–5 day task to assess your visual design and UX thinking. If that goes well, you’ll be invited to a portfolio interview where you present 2–3 projects to designers or leads. They’ll focus on your storytelling, process, and design polish. It wraps up with final team chats or a culture fit conversation.
