Had a phone interview, then an onsite with the same person, and told to prepare for a UX case presentation, but then employer suddenly told to not proceed with my application. Very unorganized company, don't really expect anything from them. Irresponsible

I reached out to the team on LinkedIn after which we had a phone interview which seemed to have gone really well. On the phone interview itself, they told me to come to the office for an in-person interview. They didn't send me a reply for almost 2 weeks after me emailing them about the interview. After 2 weeks I got a reply saying that I could come next week - without a timing or a day. When I asked them they eventually never replied even though I emailed them thrice in the next three weeks.

My interview with a C-level executive was a really bad experience. He called me in 10 minutes late and during the interview was continuously checking his phone. After a short 15 minutes, a colleague of his walked into the room asking if my interviewer was available soon; he replied that we were about to be done in five minutes. He answered my questions very quickly, listlessly and then sent me out.
I was told I was going to hear back from them in a week. After that deadline, even though I had already understood the outcome, I still decided to make a quick phone call to my interviewer's office. I left a message on his voicemail, but he never called/emailed me back.
Very bad experience, very rude managers; not the company you want to work for.
