After a week back and forth the Singapore hiring team suggested times to meet. Despite numerous requests the hiring team refused to even disclose what the salary range was before meeting. The company also made me reveal my salary to understand that this was well below that. Lack of transparency from the beginning creates distrust and unhealthy hiring experiences.
