I was interviewed by a group of 5 people. The actual boss just sat there picked his nose while his assistant was leading the interview. People constantly ran in and out and who ever was curious just walked in and sat down. After my professional skills got discussed all kinds of personal questions were asked. Sometimes a bit too personal!
