15 minute phone call asking normal interview questions on how I would handle certain situations. The next week, I had a 1 hr in office interview filling out paperwork and providing 4+ references. Later that week I visited the clients house where I would be working.

How would you handle the following situation: You are at the store helping a client pick out a new jacket. The jacket the client has picked is obviously too small but they are insisting it is the right size. When you try to tell them they may want to try a bigger size they get more and more aggravated. What do you do?
