J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Koin (Dorchester, South West England, England) en janv. 2018
Entretien
A bizarre, chaotic and ultimately unprofessional process: an initially encouraging phone conversation was followed by an informal - in a word - interview of sorts which started with a brief tour of the building followed by what amounted to little more than a chat while sitting on beanbags in the interview room. As I was leaving the interviewer asked me to send an email with my thoughts/observations on the interview, which I did promptly but which was ignored for almost a week, along with a follow-up message I sent on LinkedIn which did not receive a reply at all. This after the interviewer said they actually liked would-be employees getting in touch via LinkedIn. To add insult to injury they also put up a post on LinkedIn inviting people looking for work to send in their CVs on spec, even if no relevant vacancies were being advertised by Koin Limited - before they had even bothered to get back to me or reply to my messages.

Question 1
I was asked what I thought about the curious display of employee caricature artwork that was hanging close to where the beanbags were.
