      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohler Mira en oct. 2023

      Entretien

      Recruitment team was great and sounded caring. They accidently sent rejection email before ringing me and saying it was an error. The teams interview itself left me questioning the companies integrity. They were late to the meeting, distracted and even yawning. The second interviewers mic wasn't working but they didn't talk much anyway... The technical questions were mainly about PowerBi and not much more data skills required despite the advert saying otherwise. Hiring manager basically said that he wanted someone to put Dashboards together for 18 months then there would be other departments to apply in. I would not have applied if that was mentioned in the advert! Complete waste of time and unprofessional conduct. To top it off, I was told I would not make the next round as the reason being: if they put themselves in my shoes I would be "bored" in a year. I don't think this is professional, making assumptions about my interest in a company that I spent lots of time researching and that also has a strong repuation. Also, the job advert implied future analysis projects, so it didnt sound boring. Maybe if they weren't so distracted, or managed their time better so they aren't falling asleep in the interview, they would've understood I'm looking to change careers. Or perhaps they didn't prepare enough as my resume shows that I've been loyal to my current employer for 7 years, and I don't even think the hiring manager knows what they want outside of the 18 month scope of work. A huge red flag! The only saving grace is that the Global Recruitment manager is interested to talk to me about my experience and takes the feedback seriously. I hope my feedback is acted upon so that no one else has to go through this. I had another interview the next day which I could have spent more time working on if it wasn't for Kohler Mira! I would steer well clear of this department, lots of red flags!
