The HR person I arranged the interview with cancelled the phone interview once and attempted to reschedule the second time an appointment was set. She could not comprehend time zones so I was never sure if she understood when to call and where I was located.She also sent me offers for locations via email in error that I did not apply for. Once she did send me a request for the correct location she recalled the email. I had no success with the person at all and knew the interview was a joke. Very disorganized and not knowledgeable at all about the position she was interviewing prospective employees for. My experience has been in the interviewing process senior HR employees have been replaced by contract ignorant replacements to fill front line positions,
