First I interviewed with the HR person — approx 45 mins. Following that I was asked to submit some example work/code. Then, interviewed with the technical team (3 ppl) — approx 1 hr. The technical team are very advanced in their field; sets the bar high for job applicants. I didn't get the job because my profile didn't match their requirements, but the team seemed really great. They have a real "small-family" type organization, where they respect your work & time. Hopefully I'll get a chance to re-apply some time in the near future.
