J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Koch en juill. 2020
Entretien
There are 4 rounds totally.
1. HR screening - MBM principles and non-technical situational based questions
2. Technical Round - Interviewer will touch all parts of technology mentioned in your profile and JD
3. Onsite Panel- Situation based non- technical questions
4. India panel - Situation based non- technical questions
5. HR discussion - Salary negotiation
There is lot of discrepancy in KOCH, they do not have standard salary structure. For same experience and same technology they are not paying same. I noticed this and rejected my offer.

The purpose is to discuss your background, skills, and interest in the role. They might ask general questions to assess your fit for the position.Technical Assessment or Test: Some companies will require candidates to complete a technical assessment or test. This could be a coding challenge, problem-solving exercise, or a test related to your specific technical skills. The format and difficulty level can vary.
