Applied online. About 2 weeks later I got an call to schedule a phone interview with the HR rep. I then had a next day interview with the hiring manager. Both interviewers were very easy to talk to. All questions were institutional questions and some about resume and degree.

Give a time where you did something even though it was not your responsibility? Give a time when you did something when you didn't have to do it but did it anyways.
