Online application process. If you meet initital criteria, a phone interview with HR technician or recruiter is first step (30 minutes). Interview questions are all behavioral. If you pass this step, second interview is over the phone with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes). Again, behavioral questions. Third interview was on site with 5 different managers, starting with executive level and finally the last was the hiring manager, mine was four hours total. Primarily behavioral, with a few experience questions thrown in. I applied online, was contacted two days later to schedule first interview. The entire process took only a couple of weeks, even with the schedluing of all the different managers at the final interview. Very pleasant experience overall, I liked all of the people I met either on the phone or in person.

I got a call for the first round of interview, and after that there was a technical round and then the behavioural rounds. But I am still waiting for the feedback. Even though the feedback is not positive, at least you should be informing.
